Usually a GST registration (or an enrolment ID for small sellers), PAN, a bank account, and an FSSAI licence for food businesses. We check your eligibility and handle the paperwork as part of the package.
Can restaurants join ONDC to avoid Zomato and Swiggy commissions?
Yes. Restaurants can list on ONDC alongside the big food-delivery apps. ONDC commissions are often lower than marketplace fees, and any difference stays in your margin.
