Challenge

A mid-sized builder was managing 200+ leads on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Follow-ups were missed, deals were lost, and the sales team couldn't see where each lead stood.

Solution

We built a custom CRM with lead capture forms, automatic follow-up reminders, a Kanban pipeline and a mobile app for agents on site. It connects to the WhatsApp Business API, so agents hear about new leads straight away.

Challenge

A chain of 4 clinics in Navi Mumbai took appointments by phone and wrote them in paper diaries. Many patients didn't turn up, and doctors knew nothing about a patient before the visit.

Solution

We built a SaaS platform with online booking, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, health history forms for patients and a dashboard for doctors. Patients also got a portal to view their reports.

Challenge

A collective of 30+ local artisans wanted one platform to sell their products online. None of them were technical, so signing up as a vendor had to be easy, and they wanted payouts through Razorpay.

Solution

We built a multi-vendor e-commerce SaaS with a vendor dashboard, product catalogue management, automatic payout splits and an SEO-optimised storefront, plus a custom admin panel for the collective's owner.

Challenge

A last-mile delivery startup had 50+ drivers and no way to assign, track or confirm deliveries as they happened. Clients often disputed whether a delivery had been made.

Solution

We built a dispatcher dashboard with live GPS tracking, automatic route assignment, digital proof of delivery (photo and signature) and a tracking link for clients. All of it works on mobile.

Challenge

A coaching institute with 500+ students ran its classes on Zoom. There was no organised place for course material, no homework tracking and no progress reports for parents.

Solution

We built a white-labelled LMS where teachers upload recorded lectures and schedule live classes. Students submit assignments, progress reports are generated automatically, and parents get a portal and email summaries.

Challenge

A photography studio in Navi Mumbai wanted a portfolio site where clients could browse work by category, book shoots online and receive their photos in the studio's own branding.

Solution

We designed and built a custom Next.js site with animated galleries, online booking, a client portal for photo delivery and a CMS the studio uses to update its portfolio without code.
